CodeDev Finnet offers software development and consulting services for financial service providers, banks, and fintech companies. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Free initial consultation and feasibility analysis
• Development of bespoke financial software solutions (frontend, backend, API integration)
• Maintenance, support, and updates under agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Data analytics and security audits (ISO 27001, GDPR-compliant)

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By using the Website and our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights

All text, graphics, logos, software code, videos, and other content on this Website or in project documentation are the property of CodeDev Finnet or licensed partners. Any reproduction, distribution, or public display without our express written consent is prohibited.

4. Account Responsibility

If you create a user account or client portal account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. In case of unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@codedevfinnet.com.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for CodeDev Finnet’s services are billed in Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euros (EUR) as agreed. Payments are processed securely via third parties (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) or by bank transfer. For ongoing maintenance and support agreements:

• One-off projects: 50 % deposit upon engagement, balance due upon acceptance.
• Consulting & support packages: Monthly or annual billing, auto-renews unless canceled 30 days before term end.

6. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority:

• Initial consultation (free): No charge, no refund needed.
• One-off project engagements: Cancel within 14 days of contract signing for a refund of the deposit minus any work already performed. No refunds after the 15th week, as work is fully underway.
• Consulting & support packages: For monthly packages, full refund of the month’s fee if canceled within 7 days of payment. Thereafter, the term begins and no partial refund is available. For annual packages, refund within 30 days of term start minus services rendered; no refunds after 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

CodeDev Finnet does not guarantee specific outcomes or returns from our software solutions. We are liable only for damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct. Liability for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) is excluded.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services or the client portal if you breach these T&Cs. Termination must be in writing. Fees for services already rendered remain due on a pro rata basis.

9. Changes to the T&Cs

CodeDev Finnet may modify these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website. If you do not object within 30 days, the updated T&Cs are deemed accepted.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these T&Cs is Winterthur, Switzerland.
